Since I upgraded I have been unable to load my analytics, I want a refund

every time I open the app it sits on "loading site data" before an error message. I have yet been able to use it since I paid $5.99 to upgrade and I know it's not me because my IOS is up to date. I want my money back.

Hi Thomas,

Apologizes for the issue you are experiencing. Have you tried the following?

-Tap on the top left to get to your profiles, then tap "Sign out"

-Close the app from the task bar (double click home button, then remove app)

-Start and sign in again


This normally fixes loading issues, as sometimes an Analytics session can expire.


If you still want to cancel your purchase, you need to go to iTunes and ask for refund.
