Could you try the following to eliminate some potential causes: -Make sure you have updated to our latest release (version 4.0.1) -Close the App from the task bar (double click on home button and close the app) and restart -Try using the oAuth 2.0 login (link on login screen) instead of email/Password on the login Screen (or vice versa)
