Upgraded to Pro on iPhone, subscription not available on iPad

Hi,

I bought the Pro-upgrade on my iPhone. But when I click on "restore" on my iPad, the subscription cannot be found. iDashboard alerts me that "no more recent subscription has been found".

Any ideas?

Hi Joshua, 

Thank you for using our app. Cross devices, the subscripions are only synced if you have iCloud enabled. So,
-make sure you have enabled iCloud on both of your devices
-make sure you are using the same iCloud account on both devices

If this is setup, close and start first the app on your fist device, then on the second device. The subscriptions will sync with iCloud on every start of the app.
