App analytics won't load

Analytics wheel spins says it's downloading but can't.

Can you describe the issue a bit more in detail answering the following questions:
-Login (username/Password) works correctly? (no error?)
-Are you using the Default Login or Google oAuth 2.0 (link at the bottom of Login screen)
-Do the Accounts (first Screen) load properly? (Your account names should be visible on the first Screen)
-Do the Profiles (second Screen) load properly? (Your Profile Names should be visible on the second Screen)
-Does the Spinning wheel appear on the Dashboard Screen, or on the login, account or profile Screen? (maybe you could attach a screenshot?)

Hi Eric,
When you tap on one of the numbers on the dashboard (e.g. users, visits etc.) you will get a detail view of this nuber. When using Pro, you can start from there on to drill down much deeper, e.g. by tapping on the graphs "by Audience", "by Acquisition" etc. If you don't see any graphs there except the history chart, then something probably went wrong with the purchase. Please get back to us in that case then.

We just launched a marketing campaign and we want to know from which city a visitor is.
Is that possible in the real-time view?

"Error connecting to Google Analytics" - but ONLY with Total Goal Conversions, Revenue, and Transactions are selected from Dashboard.
Dashboard works great! Clicking through on Visits, Visitors, and Page Views works great and shows everything as expected. However, when Total Goal Conversions, Revenue, and Transactions are selected from Dashboard, I receive the following message (and no data):
Error
There was error while connecting to Google Analytics. Please try again later.
OK
This has been going on since I got the app 6 months ago. Just got around to looking for help on this error after my own attempts failed. Going directly to GA I can see this data, so I know it's there. Help?
Would love to see the Ecom Conversion Rate on dashboard
Login not working
All current versions of Dashboard and Dashboard pro are not affected by this issue as they didn't support the former login method.
