Hi,

Thanks for your report.

Yes, we've noticed the crashes with iOS 10. At the moment it's difficult to estimate, if the issue will be fixed by Apple until the final release. We're still trying to figure out the reasons.

Best regards, Peter

Thanks for your input, that we have now added to our backlog for prioritization (with the current version you can't do that yet)

Best regards, Peter

Hi Trevormellon,

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Appologizes for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

In seldom cases, the login to Google Analytics may expire, which might lead to connection problems. To eliminate this reason, please try the following:

  • After starting the app, sign out (go back to profile --> accounts --> sign out, in the upper left corner) until you see the login screen inside the app
  • Close the app from the task bar (double tap the home button)
  • Start the app again, and sign in

In case that the expiration was the problem, this should fix the connection issue.

Best regards, Peter

Hi Will,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and placing your input!

Just for our understanding, you mean more bookmark-storage for segments?

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Thomas,

Apologizes for the issue you are experiencing. Have you tried the following?

-Tap on the top left to get to your profiles, then tap "Sign out"

-Close the app from the task bar (double click home button, then remove app)

-Start and sign in again

This normally fixes loading issues, as sometimes an Analytics session can expire.

If you still want to cancel your purchase, you need to go to iTunes and ask for refund.

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Robin,

Thanks for your message, and appologizes for the delay.

Your right, the message and OK/Cancel button are confusing, we might adapt that, or find a better solution without a popup.

Regarding the limit: It is limited to five minutes per day (based on a technical restriction by Google), so when the limit is reached on one day, you'll see the message for the rest of the day when tapping into live view...

We'll consider a solution that is better usable or understandable.

Thanks for your input!

Best regards, Peter

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your message, an appologizes for the delayed answer.

As we now figured out, this is an issue sine one of the last major iOS updates (as sharing functions work differntly since - and ours is not working properly any more). We have that now on our list for correction.

Thanks for reporting it!
