Hm, then something must have gone wrong when purchasing the subscription. Will you please send us your purchase receipt of the app (email from Apple) or a screenshot from your purchase history in iTunes containing the app and an order ID, we'll then send you a restoration code for a manual restore. You can send it to idashboard.analytics@gmail.com

When you tap on one of the numbers on the dashboard (e.g. users, visits etc.) you will get a detail view of this nuber. When using Pro, you can start from there on to drill down much deeper, e.g. by tapping on the graphs "by Audience", "by Acquisition" etc. If you don't see any graphs there except the history chart, then something probably went wrong with the purchase. Please get back to us in that case then.

Please go first to the Google Analytics Website (google.com/analytics) and log in to your account. Will you see stats there for the same account that your looking at inside the app?


The app will only show numbers if they are tracked properly and shown also on the Google Analytics Web Interface. Normally this is the reason for missing numbers. Please get back to us, if your stats are shown in the Google Analytics Web Interface

It might be something specific with your account, as we haven't heard of this behaviour before (at least not with the latest version) - therefore we might contact you if we can't reproduce the issue.

I'm not sure wheter I understand you right - but the currency in the dashboard is always the currency used in the Google Analytics profile (so you don't need to change anything). If it doesn't correspond as you expect it, please check the settings in your Google Analytics profile.

Please try to sign out (top left navigation) - and then sign in again. Normally this should fix connection errors (that are caused because your Google Analytics session runs out)
