Your comments

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your comment! We have custom date ranges on the top of our list and it will probably be the next larger enhancement (it's not so easy as it seems, we've already made some experiments and of course we want it to be great).
Still, it didn't manage it to make it in our very next release that will come very soon (4.1) with lots of new Features - you we'll Need to wait a little bit longer.

Best regards, Peter
Thanks for your idea, we haven't had that one on our list so far - will add it to the backlog.

Hi Casper,

I understand that it is frustrating, if something is not working as it should - especially when you paid for it.

Will you give us some more information on the issue you are experiencing? Maybe we can help and resolve it together we you.

Regards, Peter
Hi Mike,

Thanks for contacting us. Of course that shouldn't be, still there is one known issue that could be the reason for the effect:

If the timezone of your Google Analytics view (Profile) is different to local timezone  your iDevice is in, then the numbers are calculated different in the App than in the Google Analytics web Interface (the day in the App starts at 0:00 in the local timezone, not in the timezone of the Google Analytics view). You can check the timezone of the Google Analytics view in the Settings at google.com/analytics.

We have that issue on our list to fix in a future release.

Are you affected by this issue - or must it be something else?

Regards, Peter
Hi Jason,

I would like to get back to you on this topic. Did you have any success with the purchase now - or is the issue going on?

Best regards, Peter
