It's difficult to say why the purchase is not working for you.
-are you using our latest version of the app? (4.01) - check for updates in the store
- do you know which iOS version you are on?
- did purchases with other apps work, if you made some recently?
- Check if your locked in to your country's store: go to iphone settings -> iTunes&app store -> click on Apple ID and sign out -> sign in again

We will check further steps, if that does not help for you

Thank you for using our app. Cross devices, the subscripions are only synced if you have iCloud enabled. So,
-make sure you have enabled iCloud on both of your devices
-make sure you are using the same iCloud account on both devices

If this is setup, close and start first the app on your fist device, then on the second device. The subscriptions will sync with iCloud on every start of the app.

Please get back to us, if this doesn't fix it for you.

Thank you for contacting us. At the moment, there are no real-time data for cities in the app (only for today with a few minutes lag and if you are using the pro version). We are considering to add it in the future, but can't give you any details yet.

You should find acquisition data when tapping on one of the numbers on your dashboard, right below the trend chart. When tapping on this section you will see a list of several acquisition reports.

Or, did the upgrade not work somehow, so that you still see only the basic version of the app?
